The story begins in 1670 at the court of the Grand Condé, when Madeleine de Souvré, known as the Marquise de Sablé, presented delicate round cookies to the king’s brother, who was instantly captivated. Thus, the legendary Petit Sablé was born.

Today, La Sablésienne honors this heritage with its natural shortbread, handcrafted using pure fresh butter, fine flour, and a touch of history. Made with no additives or preservatives, and packaged fresh in a carton box for optimal quality.
