A dance of red fruits and finesse — Champagne with rhythm and soul.
Crafted from 90% Chardonnay (Sézannais) and 10% red wine Pinot Noir (Venteuil), this refined rosé captures the perfect harmony between freshness, structure, and elegance. Produced using the saignée method for natural color and intensity, it was bottled ten months after the 2019 harvest without filtration, then aged on lees for a minimum of 24 months.
Tasting Notes: Brilliant raspberry-salmon color, expressive and fresh nose with vibrant red berry aromas, and a lively, finely spiced palate revealing peppery notes and delicate fruit balance.
Serving & Pairing: Enjoy within three years to capture its youthful fruit and energy. Serve chilled at 6°C. Pairs beautifully with sushi, strawberry soup, strawberry tart, or fresh goat cheese with black cherry jam.
