100% Chardonnay Grand Cru Champagne – 2018/2019

Crafted from 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru grapes sourced from Avize, Oger, and Cramant, this champagne is vinified parcel by parcel in small volumes. Some cuves undergo malolactic fermentation blocking, and the blend includes 30% reserve wines from previous harvests. Bottled ten months after the 2018 harvest without filtration, it is aged on lees for a minimum of six months and then in bottle for at least 48 months, resulting in a wine of precision, depth, and complexity.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow with green highlights and delicate effervescence. Fresh and charming nose with citrus and pastry aromas. Long, balanced palate with notes of white fruits, citrus, and a subtle floral-mineral finish.

Serving & Pairing: Best enjoyed within three years to capture its youthful fruit. Serve chilled at 6°C. Ideal with oysters, salmon carpaccio, seafood, or a spring buffet.
