Champagne Sanger 'Voyage 360' Brut

“A sensory journey through the heart of Champagne, three grapes, forty-two villages, one exceptional blend.”

This Extra Brut cuvée is a harmonious blend of 1/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 Pinot Noir, and 1/3 Meunier, sourced from 42 Champagne villages. Vinified parcel by parcel and grape by grape in small volumes, it is aged on lees for a minimum of six months, with 30% reserve wines from previous harvests included in the blend. Bottled ten months after the 2021 harvest without filtration and aged in bottle for at least 15 months, it delivers freshness, complexity, and depth.

Tasting Notes: Fruity bouquet of white, yellow, and red fruits. The palate is lively and powerful yet rounded, with long, expressive fruit-driven flavors.

Serving & Pairing: Best enjoyed within three years to preserve its youthful vibrancy. Serve chilled at 6°C. Ideal as an everyday Champagne or paired with shellfish, cooked fish, white meats, and rillettes.
