Organic Orange Wine 2022

A golden-orange marvel from Languedoc, where tradition meets organic elegance.

Origin:
This organic vin orange comes from vineyards near the UNESCO-listed medieval city of Carcassonne, nestled between the Pyrenees and the Montagne Noire. The vineyard benefits from a Mediterranean climate softened by altitude and Atlantic influences.

Grapes & Production:
Made from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Colombard. Pale orange in color, bottled as a “vin orange” and organically certified as “Vin de France.”

Tasting Notes:
Vibrant aromas of apricot, white-fleshed fruit, and a touch of honey. On the palate, lively and taut with flavors of white peach and lime blossom, finishing with gentle oak and a fine tannic texture.

Alcohol & Serving:
13.5% vol. Serve at 10 °C. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with spiced dishes, global cuisine, and delicately sweet-salty bites.
