This hand-tied saucisson bridé is made in Ardèche from IGP-certified French pork and infused with Saint-Joseph AOC red wine from the Rhône Valley. A rich, artisanal sausage full of tradition and depth.
Ingredients: Pork (origin France), salt, lactose, Saint-Joseph wine, dextrose, spices, aromatic herbs. Preservative: potassium nitrate. Lactic ferments. Natural pork casing.
Made in a facility that processes nuts and milk proteins.
